1. 30 DAY SERVICE WARRANTY. We stand behind all of our work and support. Our service center will warranty any issue paid to fix within thirty days provided that tampering is not evident or causes beyond our control have not occured. Items: Items returned must be reported within 72 hours of return, and the part inspected/replaced no later than 10 calendar days from initial report. Receipt must accompany the unit when we retrieve it. We (PCC) shall not be liable for any lost wages, income, loss of data, backup, down time and or any prevention of completion of any or all projects related to service or upgrades. Once returned repaired/solved a NON working repair or assembly must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of item. Not responsible after 72 hours. We are lenient here under certain circumstances beyong anyones control.

2. Accepted forms of payment are cash, local bank check, Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover. (A 2.75% conveinence fee will be included for cards. Invoices can be paid online fast and easy prior to delivery or pre paid for non-stock ordered parts is required. All invoices must be paid prior to or at delivery.

3. Full payment is required on all service upon completion. Parts and/or services authorized by customer either in writing, telephone or electronically will be considered worthy. Recording of phone conversations for quality assurance are automatic via our phone system. NO REFUNDS ON PRE-PAYMENT ORDERS.

4. Unauthorized use, entry, modification, configuration, or tampering with system case and internal components and configuration other than us (PCC) will VOID all warranty.

5. NEW/USED/REFURB Warranty:(Repair, Replacement only.)PCC will fix or replace any defect in hardware and or software known to be defective, excluding end user error for (6)months New, (90)days used, and (30) days repaired used. Downloads, virus definitions, virus acquisition, script errors, mis-loading, and general systematic problems caused in general by end user are not covered.

6. PCC does not guarantee the hardware/software will run, or perform to your guidelines or expectations. PCC guarantees the sound factory or better operation of the physical hardware/software upon leaving or delivered from our service center. PCC is not liable nor responsible for any or all situations which may occur once leaving our control of sight. System or hardware failure after pickup or delivery service must be reported within 72 hours and item(s) must be inspected within 10 calendar days. After that time period expires we cannot warranty items or labor.

7. Original receipt must accompany all warranty. If you are experiencing issues after any service, we must be notified immediately within (72)hours. Beyond 72 hours cannot be honored. PCC will pay for shipping return inside the United States. Email us RMA Email

Anti-Virus Usage. Your system when serviced here was installed with AVG (latest version)and is our master distributable as a "FULL" authentic version for our customers use for free. There is NEVER ANY CHARGE. If you are ever asked to pay then you have chosen to overwrite with an "Upgrade" rather than to "Update" to current changes. "Update" only is necessary and never "UpGrade" If the specific instructions are followed to the letter, including frequency and timing, you system will continue to run effectively and critical Virus free for the life use of the system without any financial charge. Here is a list of "Void Warranty" programs. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL ANY OF THESE AS THEY CASE POTENTIAL HARM TO YOUR SYSTEM! BE AWARE OF ANY CHECK BOXES AND READ WHEN UPDATING JAVA AND ADOBE READER!

    Remote Logon Service (TeamViewer.com) Logon service is a billable but is less expensive than site-service and drive time on issues that can usually be handled without a physical appearance. This logon service is billable and inclusive with all in-shop service. This service is provided at $1.99 per minute. Please note and familiarize yourself with this fee as once allowed authorization to logon to your system our software begins the clock at the time a connection and desktop appearance is established. You agree to these charges everytime you sign an invoice, service order, or pickup ticket. Although most logon scanarios can be solved in fifteem minutes or less there are ocaisions when more time is necessary. Please be aware you will be charged for the time over charge(s) and the invoice delivered via email. Payment instructions are included in the email and are due immediately. (The technician may or may not inform you if the logon may over-run the fifteen (15) minute limit.) The invoice is due on receipt via local check payment, or money order. We can take debit/credit card payments over the phone but there is a fee. ( See credit/debit card charges above)

    AVG the software described runs at startup to protect your system. It is not set to scan your computer unless tou ask it to. We recommend you scan your system once a week. Email, web sites, and other activity will be intercepted by AVG as a rule. Sometime your email (Only if you use Outlook, Windows Mail, Outlook Express, or a third party local email client) will receive and send after a small delay. The AVG software is checking the email for problems, mostly inbound via your POP settings. If you logon to the internet to check AVG will monitor this as well but will not do anything unless downloading to your system.
    The enduser is responsible for acknowledging the software is functioning properly by monitoring the "icon" and being aware in any changes in look. Grayed out, exclaimation point, etc. If so simply double click the icon (located bottom right by the clock location of most Windows systems)and find the "Update" procedure tab or button and do so. If it fails try again. If you are unsuccessful PLEASE CALL US ASAP. YOU COULD BE AT RISK!

    PC SERVICE CALLS: FREE PICKUP ALWAYS! We offer site service (Home or Business)at $158 or $99 ship in. We are more than competitive on parts and labor quotes based on our 30+ years of experience. If you choose not to repair there is a trip charge/diagnostic of $55 or $45 if you mail in. Pickup is FREE as stated but a deposit equal to the trip charge ( $58)may be required for new customers. Delivery is $38 or $58 w/hookup to power on only! All other tasks not noted will be billable. Toll charges and fees not included. Small less time consuming things will not be billed.     RECYCLE INSTANT CREDIT: FREE PICKUP ALWAYS! We will pay you for your recycleables in "Instant Credit" which can be used to pay or offset any services we provide that are billable. If you have older laptops, desktop, tablets, monitors, printers, cell/SmartPhones, chargers, accessories, cam-corders, surveillance cams, wifi cams, or any technology we may recycle we will pay you for the item.   • AREAS WE SERVICE: Dallas, Irving, Frisco, Carrollton, The Colony, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Highland Village, Copper Canyon, Corinth, Lake Lewisville, Southlake, Colleyville, Roanoke, Keller, or anywhere in a 15 mile radius. We will travel outside that area at $2 per mile beyond 15 miles.


    ------------------------------ SOFTWARE UPGRADES/APPS DO'S AND DON'TS ------------------------------

    WINDOWS 10 & FREE UPGRADE: Windows 10 is in use world wide but has some down sides early as has all Microsoft® Operating Systems and products. The FREE Windows 10 "upgrade" has some faults and you could lose all or part of your data, including documents, pictures, .pdf's, video, music and anything else you cherish. I recommend staying with Windows 7 if thats what you have. If you have Windows 8, or hopefully 8.1 patch/fix, then you should consider the "FULL" windows 10 install. (Not the Windows 10 Free Upgrade) The full install and the FREE upgrade are very different and its a gamble all the drivers will work with your current printer, scanners, cameras, webcams, or digitizers or drawing tablets, SmartPhone sync software like Samsung or Apple. So, I recommend if you want to go to Window 10 don't do so because your being pressured by time constraints. You will always get a deal on purchase here for full version. A full install is best and consulting with me or your trusted IT/PC person is highly recommended. At least the cost to do it will be much less that to fix it or try to recover data after the fact.
